Dear Sir,

On Tuesday Afternoon, May 20th at about 2.30pm, I telephoned you to enquire about some Hornby Vans which you had advertised in "Railway Modeller". I purchased three of these over the phone using my credit card and you said they would be in the post that afternoon. The next morning, Wednesday 21st May the postman delivered the parcel containing the 3 vans at about 7.30am.

The telephone conversation was most pleasant and hassle free and your system is obviously so good that the parcel did get in the post that day. I would like to thank you for your superb. friendly service.

So often one has to wait many days if not weeks for goods and I was delighted to receive the models the next day. Thank you once again.
