This particular GT350R was raced by Ned Owen in SCCA road racing events from 1965 to 1967 carrying sponsorship from Essex Wire, a Ford subcontractor that made wiring harnesses. The car was then sold to a Canadian racer who wrecked it. After a failed attempt to repair it, it sat rotting in a barn until restored to original condition in the late 1980 s. Today, the restored Mustang regularly races in vintage racing series events. Features: Fully assembled and ready to race on all 1:32 scale tracks, pre-painted body and driver figure, sliding magnet for control.
Please note that Revell cars are fully compatible with Scalextric track.
