We are currently only able to quote standard shipping rates for UK delivery on our website. Orders received up to 2 pm Monday to Friday will normally be shipped that day. Orders received after 2 pm will if at all possible be shipped that day, but it may be the next day. Orders received on Saturdays before 10 am will be shipped by Royal Mail if appropriate that day or by Courier on the following Monday. Orders made on Sundays will be shipped on the following Monday.
Our rates are as follows :
£2.50 Royal Mail Postage and Packing. Standard Royal Mail delivery is covered for a goods value of £50 for loss or damage.
£3.50 Royal Mail Postage and Packing Standard Royal Mail delivery is covered for a goods value of £50 for loss or damage.
Royal Mail stipulate that claims for lost parcels can not be made until 15 working days have elapsed. Claims for damaged parcels must be made as soon as possible. Claims have to be submitted by us to Royal Mail in writing and take approximately 14 days to be determined by Royal Mail.
£7.95 by Courier/Shipping Company or Special Delivery Items are insured up to £500.
Deliveries have to be signed for.
Royal Mail stipulate that claims for lost/damaged parcels sent by Special Delivery can not be made until 10 working days have elapsed. Claims have to be submitted by us to Royal Mail in writing and take approximately 14 days to be determined by Royal Mail.
Claims to Couriers/Shipping Companies have to be submitted in writing by us within 7 days of loss/damage and may take up to 6 weeks to be determined by the Courier / Shipping Company.
